National Education Policy, NEP 2020 is in place since the beginning of this year across the country. In order to continue taking steps towards achieving this aim, CBSE Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has collaborated with the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Gandhinagar to launch the Eklavya A series of classes for students

NEP 2020 is being implemented in a gradual way through the Eklavya series launched as a brand new learning platform, it was introduced for the purpose of encouraging imagination and conceptual understanding among students.

Students were able to sign up from September 10th, 2021 to take part in these classes. The first session was broadcasted on September 26th, 2021, and the subject is Neeraj Chopra, Newton’s Law of Motion.

Eklavya series will provide numerous hands-on activities and projects which will aid in developing an imaginative and conceptual understanding of concepts for students. Students will be given tasks and asked questions that encourage out-of-the-box thinking and also encourage them to adhere to the concept to Do it Yourself, DIY.

Students should be aware that the Eklavya show to be aired in NEP 2020 will be aired on YouTube.The direct link for watching the series will be available in the near future. If students need the Participation Certificate or Certificate of Competency the cost would be the student the sum of Rs. 100 plus Tax.

CBSE has also announced that the topics and content that will be covered during this program will differ in accordance with curriculum requirements for Science and Maths curriculum for classes 6-12.

Students who want to take part in this course can take part in it. Successful completion of these modules, as well as the completion of homework assignments, will be deemed to be equal to the equivalent of 30 hours of Teachers Training.

Eklavya can be described as an online interactive educational program which will include:
