For the Short Service Commission (SSC), eligible unmarried men and women are invited to apply for courses starting in June 2022 at Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala.

Notice:

(a) A candidate can only submit one application.

(b) Approximately 1000 applicants who have selected SSC (Pilot), will be considered for SSB/CPSS/Aviation Medical Examination. The remaining candidates will be considered by them for any other entries.

(c) Candidates must also indicate their preference for different branches/cadres if they want to be considered for these branches/cadres.

(d) Candidates who have not been selected for branches/cadres will not be considered.

(e) Candidates should verify their eligibility for branches/cadres according to the applicable medical standards before indicating their preference.

(f) Candidates will be assigned branches/cadres according to their merit and preference. However, they must also meet other criteria like education standards, medical standards, etc.

(g) The selection process for any stage will not be valid for equivalent streams of BE/B.Tech/other qualifications than those listed in para 2 above.

How to Join Indian Air Force Through AFCAT/NDA/NCC/CDS

INDIAN NAVY 2021 SSC OFFICER EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates who have graduated or are in their last year from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India, or other educational institutions founded by an Act of Parliament or proclaimed to be considered Universities/Autonomous Universities under UGC, Act 1973 and have a least 60% aggregate or comparable CGPA can apply.

Candidates will, nevertheless, be required to meet the educational requirements outlined above before joining INA. Candidates who do not fulfill the educational requirements will be denied admission to INA, Ezhimala.

All SSB-recommended applicants must notify the Indian Navy through email at officer@navy.gov.in of their final degree results by April 30th.

Notification (1)

(a) The vacancies mentioned are not final and can be modified depending on the availability of training slots.

(b) * Merchant Navy personnel. Candidates who have a Government of India Ministry of Shipping & Transport Certificate of Completion (Foreign Going) can apply for Executive Branch Entry (General Service) or Technical Branch Entry (SSC Engineering) according to the stipulations.

(c) ** Commercial Pilot Licenses (CPL) Holders. Eligible candidates must have a valid CPL issued in India by DGCA (India).

(d) NCC “C” certificate holders are eligible to enjoy an increase of 5% cut-off marks to shortlist them for SSB when you meet these requirements: (i) NCC ‘C” certificate of Naval/Army/Air Wing with minimum Grade ‘B’.

(iii) Have not served less than two academic years in the Senior Division, Naval/Army/Air Wing, or the NCC.

(iii). The ‘C’ certificate must not be dated before 01 Jun 2019.

(iv) Final selection will be subjected to verification of certificate by DGNCC/concerned NCC units for its validity. Candidature of individual will be canceled at any stage of selection/training/post-commissioning, in case of false declaration, misinformation, concealing of information.

(iv) Minimum educational qualifications for all levels (SSB/Training/post-commissioning) are 60%

Conclusion

Furthermore, candidates from all branches will undergo physical and medical tests that conform to the standards of their regularity. Shortlisting candidates will be called to Bhopal/Bangalore/Vishakapatnam/Kolkata thereafter for an SSB interview.
